Come join us for six weeks of summer fun and learning in our Park Avenue Urban Summer Academy! Students will enjoy a wealth of active learning experiences that will enhance their prior knowledge and prepare them for a strong school year in the fall. They will learn new vocabulary and enhanced written expression. They will experience math in action and hear about great cultural leaders in our world.

A nutritious breakfast and lunch will be served which will supply child-friendly entrees chock full of lean proteins, daily fresh salads and vegetables, fruits, and low-fat milk.

When day camp ends at 3:00 PM, Park Avenue United Methodist Church will sponsor Christian-centered after care until 5:30 p.m. The church will also lead the traditional trip for 4th - 6th graders to Silver Birch Ranch in Wisconsin, Youth Mission Trip to Colorado and other spirit-filled activities aimed at building young disciples for the church of Jesus Christ.

We will make an active practice of showing respect to each other, and taking responsibility for our actions throughout the six weeks of the Park Avenue Urban Summer Academy.
